The 10ft x 30ft Crankshooter® Stationary Backstop System is over engineered for toughness.  In the design process of this net we conducted research and interviews about what people didn't like about other backstop nets. Once we gathered this information, we implemented our findings into the design so we could offer the very best product to our fellow lax players!  

 

Here are some of the changes:

1.  Added a top cord to support the top of the net

2.  Added additional support ropes

3.  Added a bottom line to keep the bottom of the net in place

4.  We have longer stakes so they will not pull out of the ground

5.  We made our high strength net thicker for durability, 3.0mm versus 2.5mm using super twist technology

6.  All components (except for stakes) are black so they will blend into the background whether on the field or in your backyard.

7.  1.25" diameter x 1.4mm thick powder coated metal support poles

8.  Weatherproofed in all weather conditions.

Great product . We combines 5 of them together and we save like 4 poles than make the option to add an extra net to it.

Exactly what I was looking for, fast delivery and easy to setup. The best part of my experience is that the company stood by their product. Initially, I had a slight issue and feared that I would hit that customer service dead end. You know the one, I already have your money and have little motivation to help you. This is a strong, sturdy product. Be patient, read the instructions first, pick out the right area, and you’ll be just as happy as we are. We are so thrilled we found Crankshooters!

A sturdy construction, just take your time and you’ll be pleased with it. I’d recommend a rubber mallet instead of a regular hammer when putting in the stakes (main pole stakes and plastic support stakes).

My grandson is trilled with the combo. Appears well constructed, and we anticipate years of use. With that said, I think it’s worth the price I paid.

Great Ball for the players

Everything has been solid. Shipping was also fast and easy. Only area I see for fast improvement is the material used to string the netting to the goal, the rope material is cheaper and frays easily.

Really happy with the pop-up backstop! Saves a lot of time on ball hunts after practice and I don't worry about my players nailing someone on the track with a stray shot. Wind is the only real issue, but throwing a couple player bags on the bases to weigh it down is an easy fix.
