ILPreps is proud to announce the Nike Lacrosse/Inside Lacrosse Power 100 Freshman Rankings.
The Power 100 marks the final ranking for the Class of 2025, as they arrive on college campuses ready to take on the next challenge.
As was the case the two prior times this group was ranked, Brendan Millon (McDonogh, Md. | Virginia) is No. 1, though there is a new No. 2: Half Hollow Hills (N.Y.) middie Anthony Raio, who's heading to North Carolina. He edges out fellow Long Islander and future Tar Heel middie Gary Merrill (St. Anthony's, N.Y.), while future Cornell attackman Rowyn Nurry (Loomis Chaffee, Conn. / Salesianum, Del.) also made a sizable jump after leading his team to a Q-Collar Boys National High School Rankings championship.
Four of the top five are currently slotted tied together at a unique moment in time: they're suiting up for Team USA in the Men's U20 World Lacrosse Championship and will take on Canada on Saturday.
The class also features a unique addition: in the wake of Prep Lacrosse's Ty Xanders report from August 13 that Hansen Peck has transferred back to Schuylerville (N.Y.), will graduate mid-year and enroll at Syracuse, where he'll redshirt during the 2026 season. As a result, Peck is included in these rankings.
Notre Dame has 12 players featured in the Power 100, the most of any program. Along with the No. 1 recruit, Virginia has seven players, including No. 5 Robby Hopper (Archbishop Spalding, Md.), one of the risers from last ranking to now. Duke and North Carolina both have eight players represented. Maryland leads the non-ACC schools with seven players, most notably another top-ranked goalie commit in Aidan Seibel (McDonogh, Md.).
