Crankshooter® Backstop CURV Adjustable-Angle System, 10'x30'

The adjustable-angle Backstop CURV™ is the latest evolution of our mobile backstop system, easy to assemble and easy to take down. With engineered joints at 10-foot intervals, it's rugged and can be configured at a range of angles. Fitted with a 3.0mm super-twist poly black net (vs. the typical 2.0mm) that's UV and weather resistant, the whole system is black to blend into the background on any field or backyard. The latest version has dual reinforced welds at the joints and vertical pole bases for stronger integrity in high wind and weather, plus diagonal braces at each vertical pole for added toughness.

With no support wires, it's great indoors and easy to move outdoors for mowing or repositioning. Needs a fairly flat, level surface to perform properly. Sandbags on the feet are suggested for high-wind environments.

Backstop CURV 10' x 30' Adjustable Angle System w/3mm knotted poly net

Thank you, we just started using this product this week. We have 3 set up for our indoor field hockey fields to protect behind our cages. So far, setup and usage in week 1 went well. We had to take it a part and store the 3 sections separately for a few days, but they held up well. We hope not to need to do this again, but rather keep them up as is. Thank you!

Exactly what we needed!

Just what we needed to prevent our middle and high school laxers from hitting the brand new house next door… The height and width are sufficient to catch almost all errant shots. And it’s not much of an eye-sore. Assembled by myself. Pretty easy if you take your time and follow the directions. Still only a couple of weeks old, but felt quite sturdy when constructing and haven’t had any issues yet. Very happy with my purchase. A quality product that meets its need. Thank you, CrankShooter.

Assembly went great!

Easy to setup, only took about an hour and a half. One thing the first time using it net ripped small and caused a small hole. Make sure the net is lose enough so that when the ball hits, it doesn’t rip.

Backstop Curve

The backstop curve allows me to backstop one bounce back and net plus another bounce back. I have only had for a couple weeks but it seems like it will hold up. The issues, 1. The package is heavy so it gets beat up in transport 2. Install instructions were not great, had to figure several things out on my own. (biggest take away- on the lateral supports add them after everything else has been assembled, you will have to unassemble each connection point but that is ok providing you have the correct tools). 3. Some of the poles were not correct and they would not slide together, I used a vise and a towel and slowly worked them to the right opening size. Because my package was beat up some items were lost but Crankshooter always makes things right so you are covered. It is hard to make this product at the correct price point so I am giving all of these issues the benefit of the doubt.

My HS son is really happy with his new goal. It seems to be great quality for the money. He put it together easily himself & found a good Crankshooter video on YouTube that showed the stringing of the net that was really helpful. The net took a pretty long time to string but he wanted it done correctly so he took his time. It looks great and I think it will hold up for a really long tine! (Hopefully with a bunch of highschoolers shooting at it!)
