Crankshooter® Stationary Lacrosse Backstop System, 10'x30'

The 10'x30' Stationary Backstop System is over-engineered for toughness. We researched and interviewed players about what they didn't like in other backstop nets, then built our findings into the design to offer the best product we could.

What we changed:

  • Added a top cord to support the top of the net
  • Added additional support ropes
  • Added a bottom line to keep the bottom of the net in place
  • Longer stakes so they won't pull out of the ground
  • Thicker high-strength net, 3.0mm vs 2.5mm, using super-twist technology
  • All components (except stakes) are black to blend into the background
  • 1.25" diameter x 1.4mm thick powder-coated metal support poles
  • Weatherproofed for all conditions

Just what I was looking for

Setup took a couple of hours by myself. But it's held up to weather and many lacrosse balls hitting it. It's not an eyesore.

Good product!

Went up easily and now we have a backstop for all the lacrosse balls! It hasn’t gone through a storm yet, but it seems like afternoon thunderstorms will be okay. Hurricanes, we will have to take it down.

Perfect solution for a backyard backstop for soccer

We have hard clay soil (when ground is wet) isn't the best type of soil to free stand the posts with the supplied ground stakes. Had to improvise and purchased some some cheap two hole steel pipe straps at the local hardware store (I purchased 1 1/4 in pipe straps but I'm sure 1 in would work as well). We strapped the posts to our existing wooden fence and it's been solid. I would highly recommend this backstop system for those looking for an affordable solution to keep those soccer balls from flying into your neighbor's backyard.

Great product!

Keeps tons of balls from going into our neighbors yard. Excellent quality. Fairly easy to put up (took me like 2 hours solo). Once it's up it's good to go.

He put it together easily himself & found a good Crankshooter video on YouTube that showed the stringing of the net that was really helpful. The net took a pretty long time to string but he wanted it done correctly so he took his time. It looks great and I think it will hold up for a really long tine! (Hopefully with a bunch of highschoolers shooting at it!)
